doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

the app is meh. pretty slow, buggy, etc. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be dropping Bell anyway. Had them for almost 2 years, and they have increased my bill to almost double in that time, without warning, and without any extras to justify it. Edit: I stand corrected. it is now well over double my initial plan cost. Bye-bye bell!

Too many pop ups, it doesn't remember fields I filled if I leave the app to check information on forms, the app acts like adds are your friend, and generally it wants to stalk me and hold my hand. I am not a baby who needs or wants constant supervision, and adds for companies beyond a certain net worth should be abolished. Get out of my face and deliver an easy experience that doesn't try to extract every ounce of marketable data from my existence as possible. Other than that, it's fine.
