This app does nothing!!! It doesn't keep track of your data or your past usage or anything!!! Then you can repeatedly message them about it and you'll never get a response. What's the point of the app??????? I've contacted them over and over and no one ever has a solution and nó one EVER emails me back! So you say you want to look and help???? Then do it! The app should tell you how much data you have left every month!!! It's so frustrating!!!!!

I absolutely love Gen Mobile!! I'm so glad I switched to them I wish I would have not waited so long. Their service is reliable I get it anywhere I go my, daughter lives way in the country I have no problem with any of my service out there. I've never had a problem with customer service has always been a great experience with them and has been very very pleasing. Thank you and don't stop being great..

no data connection, it was there for about a week or so and just cut out, i thought maybe if I moved the SIM card over to another working phone that it would have worked, but no 😕.
