Internet speed is good, but app service seems to always be in maintenance at awkward times. Usually whenever my internet expires and I try to renew it using this app, for some reason it would be in maintenance. This happens almost everytime I wanna renew my internet, it's infuriating. Service is also very weird. Sometimes I'd have service in elevator, but goes no service outside the elevator.

7/11/24- omg, still always get slow 4G network daily in PJ city centre. 1/10/24-The network has been really bad nowadays, always has 'no internet connection' day and night when loading apps. & websites. ---Yr 2023 I am new user, just subscribed prepaid plan 2 days ago..4G+ Internet speed is very slow most of the time, can't load a page even with speed booster, took a minute to open this app. too..sigh

Dis app lag like its birthday with a chance of unknown subscription dats how bad it is,like come on I cant even unsubscribe from the app some of the subscriptions."For details go to Digital Goods & Services in MyUmobile app", yeah good luck finding that coz apparently my umobile app doesnt have that option
