The app name you will see when this is installed on your device is *not* "My Breezeline", it's just "Breezeline". It's a shame when vendors do not use their own products, so they can't see that having Marketing rename an app is not enough: it also needs to be changed on the inside, so the name change is reflected correctly when it gets installed. Typical. I've not had any issues with the app working.

I had WOW for 3 1/2 years before Breezeline took over and had 2 issues the whole time. Ever since Breezeline has taken over, I constantly have internet drops and bandwidth issues. I'm paying for 500/50 and I never get 500 down on a hardwired connection anymore. I have to restart my modem and router at least 3 times a week when I'd only have to do that 3 times a year with WOW. I can't wait to get rid of Breezeline, they've been absolutely awful. Also, this app is pure garbage.

Ridiculous!! Enter my email and password and it shows error message!! "Sorry, there was a problem connecting to server" operation: ping Sync. Breezeline developers of this app are incompetent idiots!! How many years will this error message continue??? Would give 0 stars if possible. BTW: the bill that is emailed had the same functions as the app. The functions work in the email. Uninstalling app immediately.
