Glitchy, will sometimes loose track of orders. No easy way to see previous orders. Points are a good idea but when used, the restaurant regularly forgets the redeemed item or includes it but forgets a paid item. With no easy way to report mistakes, I could not recommend this app, even with the points system. This is based off my experience with at least 10 orders through the app over several months.

I can never log in to this app. It uses the same page for sign up and log in, and when I continue with any option (Facebook, email, or Google account), it always says an account already exists with these details. - YES! Which is why I'm trying to log in with said details, not bloody sign up! It used to work great, about 6+ months ago, but now I can never get on to it to use it.

This app may be good for using in store, but avoid using it for delivery. The app decided to randomly stop tracking my order and customer support did not listen to my query, instead directing me to Uber eats for any problems even though it was their in app tracking I had issues with. Additionnaly I also have to reinstall the app every time I want to make a new order, as it does not register that my old order (from weeks ago) is complete.
