Won't let me log into my account. Whether I try to re-register or reset my password, I get stuck in a loop of entering the one time code, and then not being able to log in again. Went to an Optus store and they had no idea what was wrong. When I logged into their desktop in the store, all of my information was there. It's not even just the app that isn't working, it's also my phone's browser and the desktop version as well. My phone is up to date and the app is up to date. Horrible, 0 stars.

I bought a prepaid sim for a visitor to use. When trying to activate it, the app gets to step 3, and stops there with no indication of why or what is missing. Tried on 2 devices with the same issue. Chat to an agent was les than helpful, so I had to go in to a store, which was equally painful, but eventually yielded results. Would not recommend Optus for the app or their customer service.

I don't like Apps that Force you to give credit card details, I don't have a card card, Please send me your card details and I'll happily use them on your app. I can turn the feature off, but only after they have already been used. The Optus App works well, until they coerse my card details.You force us to use card details to hook up a phone, I tried using prepaid visa but that don't work... It's a scam. Please sort the problem, or send me all your credit card details to hook up my phones.

Hi Jay. Most Optus plans are required to be paid via Automatic Payment which is via a credit card. This is also something that we make customers aware of prior to signing up and is in our terms and conditions - Jim
