App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

No complain for the plans but hope that the app can allow one log in to pay for multiple account. It will be very helpful since now I have 2 Simba lines and intend to get 2 more for my whole family. I can imagine how I am going to log in 4 time wait for OTP from everyone then to top up the wallet to make payment. I know I should be grateful for the savings but guess this will help many others like myself. š A nice to have.

Been using SIMBA since TPG days. Love the fact that when they increase benefits for customers, existing customers also enjoy the benefits without any action required. Be it data increase, roaming, minutes etc. Unlike the other players that requires new sign up or recontract. Even then, the price keep increasing but data/minutes decrease in tandem. Wishes you guys all the best and may your company growth brings more benefits to customers. Good CS too btw when I had issues while roaming in S.K.
