Unbelievable, I just spent hours on the chat, talking to 3 different people, emails and print screens flying back and forth, reboot the phone, log in, log out, jumping thru all sorts of hoops for the last guy to tell me the answer to my issue is supposedly very simple. Hours! Terrible app, terrible customer service. NOT HAPPY and at this point considering just closing the account and deleting the app.

I have had this app and account for almost a year. Now, I can't get into my account, I have tried three different phones, uninstalled them, and then reinstalled it several times. No good customer support. If I can't access my account with an online bank, what's the use of having one? At least with a physical bank, I can go talk to someone face to face, even in Brasil.

It is a great app and the best bank experience I have ever had. Sometimes it freezes and I have to minimize the app and reopen again to it work.
