With OnPoint Mobile you can:
• Sign in securely with Fingerprint ID (on supported devices).
• Manage your bills and pay almost anyone, schedule recurring bill payments and receive eBills.
• Send money to anyone in the U.S. with a phone number or email address.
• Send a domestic wire transfer.
• Transfer funds between your OnPoint accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions.
• Set travel notifications for your OnPoint debit or credit cards.
• Freeze your OnPoint credit card (for peace of mind or if lost or misplaced).
• Deposit checks without the need to visit a branch or ATM.
• View cleared check images and mobile deposit check images.
• Customize account names, preferences, and alerts.
• Search transactions to quickly and easily find a specific transaction without endless scrolling.
• View eStatements.
Additionally, business members can:
• Add entitled users and set and control their access rights and limits.
• Generate ACH payments, such as payroll. (ACH Agreement required prior to using ACH payment services.)

Ratings and reviews

The back button doesn't work in some parts of the app, specifically zelle. Makes it very hard to use. Also the scam notifications are really throwing me off. These sorts of impediments to opening the app sometimes force me to not open the app and come back at a later time. Incredibly stressful, that might be hard to understand.

I've used this app for years, but for the solid last 6 months, I've had nothing but problems. I've updated the app, and I've deleted it and re-downloaded it. My balance won't update. it constantly shows things pending that have already been processed. It's caused me to overdraft my account twice now. Definitely needs to get fixed.

When I add a memo on a transfer while using the app, it is actually not recorded. Sometimes, if it has been a while, I am left to guess why I made a transfer. Not so on the website. Because of that and for general reasons, I would love to be able to go back and add notes to those and any transactions. (I can when I access my other financial institutions, just not OnPoint)
