The amount of hoops you have to jump through and errors you encounter in order to do a load of laundry is ridiculous, especially for an app that claims to make it "easier." Having to turn on Bluetooth to scan a QR code is wild, and then it tells me it can't find the machine I just scanned??? And the ambiguous system error that just made me have to stand and troubleshoot (without help) for five minutes in a laundry room with no air conditioning and a window that's nailed shut is not okay, either.

I've never used it before but it refuses to let me set up an account. It swore I had one before. I reset the password and it let me log in but gave me a system error and now keeps saying it has a system error. I just want to wash me clothes. Update: 10/12/25 I was able to login easily enough. The app seems to be working as intended. Still won't wash my clothes. It's just sitting and the timer is winding down on the app. I pressed start. Nothing.

Couldn't do my laundry last night because their servers were down and there is now no other way to run the washing machine where previously I could have just used coins. The process of adding extra time to the dryer is absolute garbage -- takes me a few minutes just to up the time from 45 minutes to 70 minutes, whereas before I could have just used coins in a matter of a couple of seconds. I don't have time for this nonsense. Extremely disappointed in this new system.
