Since this is the only option if you want to do laundry at this long-term stay hotel suites, I'm going to say it's barely a 2-star-forced-into-a-corner app👎. They don't respond to legitimate refund requests and the washers and dryers need to be cleaned and calibrated. Big time. It's not a very well done app, and I know for a fact that I could make it more user friendly while increasing overall usage. It reminds me of a 70's commercial, weird and poorly done.

This app has two main flaws: 1. Customers are encouraged to overpay for laundry; the app only accepts payment in certain increments that may not match the price of the laundry (for example, you can only pay in multiples of $5 when washer+dryer cost $4), and the default auto-reload setting means that most customers will end up slightly overpaying. 2. Notifications from the app are unreliable when the app is running in the background.

This app is so bad and worthless that I want to learn how to code so I can make a better one. "Machine not found" when I'm standing RIGHT NEXT TO IT. They charge you $.25 per transaction and then make an app that doesn't detect their own appliances. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Edit: Good to know I've basically set fire to the $30 I loaded on to the app. Also, I don't want to save money with your partners, I want to save money on your overpriced wash/dry cycles.
