Since this is the only option if you want to do laundry at this long-term stay hotel suites, I'm going to say it's barely a 2-star-forced-into-a-corner app👎. They don't respond to legitimate refund requests and the washers and dryers need to be cleaned and calibrated. Big time. It's not a very well done app, and I know for a fact that I could make it more user friendly while increasing overall usage. It reminds me of a 70's commercial, weird and poorly done.

Edit: Oh look, now they're charging a "convenience fee" without any notification or consent. Also no longer able to add custom $ amount so you're always stuck w/ an unused balance. The app is now sending ads through push notifications and there are no granular permissions available to restrict ads and leave laundry status info. I'm forced into using this app by my apartment building. Wish there was an alternative.

Just an awful experience all around. They added a 0.25 "convenience" fee unless we use their dumb app, bringing the total of a full load to 4.75, but the app barely works, will often fail to start the machines. There was a responsive customer service at first, but then they changed it to an automated system, that doesn't immediately refund you. So unless you are trying to request a refund during business hours, you're just forced to accept that the machine takes your money without starting.
