Ratings and reviews

App feels rather cumbersome, annoying to use. Non-intuitive when an ingredient is out of stock, and lost customizations. Navigation is often confused. Cart button disappeared at some point. Doesn't remember that I want to use my gift card - I have to select it for each order. After an order, the app asked me for feedback, but the form couldn't even be submitted properly.

Too much up selling. Everytime you select something on the screen it tries to shove more in your face. Poorly set up, so forces everything to reload constantly. App would be twice a fast if they didn't bloat it with this garbage. Definitely feels like the developers don't actually use this app. EDIT: another month, and another bug that doesn't let you order. I call it theft.

Worked well enough for a good while. But now the TRACK ORDER feature doesn't work in the app. Last several orders I placed for delivery, pressing the button gives an error that tracking "will be ready soon" but "soon" never arrives. So I have to watch out my window for delivery or hope the delivery person will knock (most times they don't).
