After placing the order, I received a call from the store stating that no delivery person was available. They informed me that unless I paid online, the order would be canceled. However, despite this, my order was neither delivered nor canceled, and the app continues to show misleading/fake tracking updates, indicating that the food is arriving, and from the past few hours its stating that the order has arrived. kindly fix the tracking system.

Your app service is very disappointing. I had placed a pizza order more than an hour ago, but the order has still not been delivered. The app is showing "Ready for Delivery" for the past half an hour, but there has been no update or delivery yet. Also, there is no proper customer support option in the app, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Please look into this immediately and resolve the issue.

Worst App, I recently placed an order by this app.payment was successfully deducted, but the pizza has not been delivered yet. There is a complete lack of transparency in order tracking system. When I click on Track Order,it consistently shows that order is ready for delivery,but no delivery has taken place.This status has not changed for a long time, which is extremely frustrating. I also attempted to contact customer but no response received and provided number on app is switch off.
