The app was great until I paid for the year. it no longer works and you can't cancel your subscription because it's for a year..Sadly, seems like a scam. won't let me take a picture at all. I have sent the app manager an email. would like at least a partial refund even though just bought it a few weeks ago. so disappointed. seems like an ongoing problem that I didn't research because given to me by my husband. Karen The app administrator was able to fix their app now able to use it. Thank you

Just tried it on 3 plants,very accurate. Today 27 September, 2025,I wanted to identify a plant, unfortunately I have to reverse my previous comment. Each time the whole page was filled with the "Start FREE Trial" advert which made it impossible to use the app.I tried more than 20 times, I am disappointed. I have to delete this app, can't continue wasting my time like this.

I downloaded the app for a free trial, and decided not to persue it. I was on the verge of cancelling it when my phone provider advised me that I was about to be debited €33.99. I immediately cancelled the subscription - but too late. I received neither a warning prior to the debit nor acknowledgement of my "purchase" from Plant Care. I have no trace of the transaction except a hole in my account. This is a shocking way to conduct business. Unless you are scammers, I insist on a refund.
