Ratings and reviews

Extremely disappointing app. I only signed up to try the virtual card and never received or used a physical one, yet £2.49 was taken from my account without any warning or clear consent. Customer support says the fee applies to all accounts, even if unused! This practice is misleading, non-transparent, and unfair. I do not recommend this app at all. Be careful before trusting their services! ⚠️❌

Having signed up and used the account they have now frozen my account with £700 of my money in there, i have sent documents and not heard anything for the last 5 days, every email i send them is ignored, they have taken away the ability to use their live chat so im now stuck without my money which is needed for my children and daily funding, customer service is non existent, I have read multiple statements from people saying you lock account and steal money, please sort this out!

brilliant app,and an excellent banking. service. struggling with a lot of the banks for years and then this popped up. signed up thinking just another banking app.... what a surprise it has been. refreshing, great customer service that's fast and easy to understand. the charges are obvious if you want an account. 2.49 a month is well worth it. that you Pockit! highly recommend. a user of 2+ months
