Ratings and reviews

I will be deleting this as soon as I have access to my cash. My account has been restricted and needs to be verified, which is fine. What's annoying is that they are very specific about what documents can be used, and if you dont have the correct documents, there are no one to talk to if you need assistance. the app and website both mention you can speak to a member of the team through the app and website, but this is false and should be removed as a means of contact.

I've been a member with Pockit for many years now.. I've never had a problem with my banking the app is so easy to use not to mention the fact that you get paid a day early. plus they have loads to offer loans broadband etc 10/10 thumbs ☝ up from me I gave 5 stars I would of gave more if I could Keep up the good work

Extremely disappointing app. I only signed up to try the virtual card and never received or used a physical one, yet £2.49 was taken from my account without any warning or clear consent. Customer support says the fee applies to all accounts, even if unused! This practice is misleading, non-transparent, and unfair. I do not recommend this app at all. Be careful before trusting their services! ⚠️❌
