its a good app. It gives you rewards the more you use it and the app itself is very easy to use. My only issue is that it doesn't allow you to review the meal afterwards. I have received at times only chicken with no sides or anything and the app doesn't give you an option to let the restaurant know they forgot half the meal. Other than that the app is legit awesome

I loved this app and had a 5 star rating. I decided to change my rating to a 1 after today's order because, for some unknown reason, my account was deactivated. I called customer service to complain about missing items on my order, and when I checked my app, it was logged out, and it won't let me log in. I had to use another email address to get compensated for the mistake on the order. I tried logging in with my new account, and it still doesn't let me log in. 😡

Too often I order and pay for food through app prior to pick up. In the past year, more than three orders' worth of food was never received and each time I was told they ran out of item(s). On top of that, a refund was never provided. The workers always say you can be reimbursed in app but that is not true. I've called and written emails and still have never received my money back.
