It's a great platform. One of the more polished ones I came across looking for a new brokerage. Unfortunately they don't allow you to transfer an existing account in from another brokerage. Probably so they don't have to pay the transfer bonus. Tried multiple times with three different accounts. They all fail. Public said it was the clearing house but I contacted the clearing house and they said it was Public. Too bad. I really liked the app.

Stay away if you day trade! the basic chart is accurate. I purchased the premium account to access advanced charting. The chart is 1hr 18min behind actual time. Contacted them over a month ago, and still the same. Stay away from their high interest rate savings. They keep it a week b4 you can transfer money, and when you are able to, it takes a day or 2 to "approve" and then a day or 2 to actually transfer. Transferring portfolio to CS as I do both, LT investing as well as day trade.

Do not deposit money into this app. They took the money out of my account, allowed me trade, and now that I'm trying to withdraw they are stating that there is a hold due to an investigation. Customer service stated they cannot do business with my account any longer, what does that mean? I have reached out numerous times for some insight on how to resolve this issue, and the response is always the same from a preloaded text. I am beyond disappointed, this is criminal.
