It's a great platform. One of the more polished ones I came across looking for a new brokerage. Unfortunately they don't allow you to transfer an existing account in from another brokerage. Probably so they don't have to pay the transfer bonus. Tried multiple times with three different accounts. They all fail. Public said it was the clearing house but I contacted the clearing house and they said it was Public. Too bad. I really liked the app.

Stay away if you day trade! the basic chart is accurate. I purchased the premium account to access advanced charting. The chart is 1hr 18min behind actual time. Contacted them over a month ago, and still the same. Stay away from their high interest rate savings. They keep it a week b4 you can transfer money, and when you are able to, it takes a day or 2 to "approve" and then a day or 2 to actually transfer. Transferring portfolio to CS as I do both, LT investing as well as day trade.

I used to love this app. When I first got it in 2020, it was billed as the "Social Network" of beginner stock trading apps. Over time, everything that made it an interesting and good app for those just starting out, like the social aspect (talking to other users), buying small slices of a share, the learning aspect that taught you and rewarded you for learning, and so many other features have either been removed or hidden behind the pay wall. I used to use it, now I look at it.
