this is the worst shopping app I've ever tried my order is supposed to be delivered between 10 am and 2 pm and it's now 7 pm, and guess what it's not delivered yet another issue is that when you order some items, especially if it's an offer, they will tell you later that it's not available I'm done with this app

Rarely stick to delivery time mostly always late. App needs developing in term of items to search; some are in arabic but named weird and some in english but cant be found when written in arabic and vice versa. +Slow application

Very bad online service , delay delivery even asked to postpone to next day , even if u select items available in the app you expect most of it won't be available upon delivery time .... very bad and troublesome and wasted a lot of my time 😕
