Latest update broke the app. Can't sign in with biometrics so I don't know what else is broken. Also, I've never, not once, received a notification when my card is used. I keep checking my settings to see if it's my fault. If notifications aren't automatic, in these days and times, it should be. Update: One update fixed the problem then another update (3.31) broke it again. 1* for the frustration.

If you're currently running version 3.31, on the login screen enter your User ID and password, Turn on Remember me switch, and add Nickname. After login go to Settings > Biometric > Turn off Enable Biometric switch and then turn back on. Sign out from app and now try logging in with Biometric. Cant update. Fast forward to 2024. I am unable to log in to account. Had to call but can't get past the verification process. I can't recall 2 transactions on my account so now I have to go in to the branch to verify it me. Is there no other form of verification other than transactions? I don't use the card often. Waste of my time to have to go in to branch.

Hey Darren. Try this: uninstall the app completely then reinstall from the Google Play store. You should get the latest update then. -- Patrick

Absolutely horrendous!!! Updated the app and biometrics failed. To make matters worse, it occurred on pay day, August 26th, with multiple payments that needed to be paid. A stroke of luck on August 27th, an update came out. Great it worked again along with the biometrics. Now , on August 27 in the evening, another update 3.31, it's broken again with no biometrics. Frustrating to say the least.
