First time writing review for android apps. I rated this as 1 star as i have multiple issues. I cannot login into the app even I am the authorized user. Login with fingerprint and password. None works. After some time, it shows me that i have reached max no of devices for split seconds. Could not read it properly if not because i managed to screen captured it. That is the most annoying part. Not sure about others but for me, only shows the error msg for split seconds. Come on man

The new update reduces mistap but you have to long press on buttons. This is annoying. And when you have to agree to tick boxes ☑️ for new policy. You can't tick it. So without agreement. The app doesn't work anymore, it's stuck on agreement page cause I cannot tap on the box. Please fix this app. This issue didn't exist before the new update.

1) As everyone said, the loading screen is disturbing, it pops up on every step you do. 2) The QR is totally not working on my device, it takes forever to load when I scan the QR from camera and scan from gallery just does not work at all. 3) The "back" gesture on my device prompts to log out instead of going back to previous screen. Overall, good user interface, bad user experience. The app did not pass behavior testing. It is a cut corner application because "every bank needs their own app".
