The bike service is really good. I have been using it for the past 2 years and it has been very helpful. However, the cab service that has been launched recently is very poor and inconsistent. Although the prices are reasonable, drivers constantly cancel the ride even when the destination is to a hospital for emergency purposes. Cabs are available as shown on the map but whenever a driver is accepting the ride, he is cancelling it after a few minutes. Kindly take this into consideration.

I've had a terrible experience with Rapido recently. It takes forever just to get a captain for a ride. The app shows available rides, but when you book, it keeps searching endlessly. This delay is unacceptable, especially when you need a ride quickly. I expected better service and reliability from Rapido. Highly disappointed and considering switching to another service. Very Bad experience and very poor service. Other app are better than this app😡😡

The fares are lower than other apps, I would recommend this app since almost all the rides I've had thus far are absolutely worth it. Sometimes the captains take longer routes to increase the amount they charge. However, this is the case for only a few rides. Most of my experience has been very positive. The issues get resolved too.
