Ratings and reviews

The rates might be cheaper, but the app is not user-friendly. The app does not allow you to pick up the location properly unless you have the complete address which it can recognize. Most often it picks up some approximate location and you end up getting confused especially if you are new to a place Select Map option doesn't work as zoom and pan doesn't work if you want to manually locate your destination

Dear Rapido Team, I've been facing this issue recently which doesn't allow me to see all the favorite places I've got in the suggested places list. Even when I click on the "Where are you going?" box, it doesn't seem to appear. It wasn't the case a few updates ago as I was clearly able to see my favorites right there in the suggestions. This is highly inconvenient when there is an urgent need!Please fix it so as to make the life easier. Also, I'd love if you could please introduce a dark theme!

It's a really good app and all the rides come with live tracking system which is smooth and. Shows the time too. It's great that they don't actually show either side's phone number. however there were some autodrivers who acted like jerks and some demanded exact money in cash and not in online payment. I guess this is the the downside but then there are drivers who are very nice and wholesome and all of the sudden you just have the wisest conversation with them. It's cool and i recommend it.⭐⭐⭐
