Must be recent lately, but the app keeps canceling my orders and logging me out due to security concerns. I keep having to 2 Factor authenticate through Text and Email. It takes several attempts of logging back in to process my order. I haven't had this issue in the past couple of years using the app. American using my credit card. Very frustrating and I can't use the Help Center, nothing happens.

Lots of bugs. Order replacements seem to require approval and then the shopper is not able to end up purchasing the orders because of the "approval". I have had my orders canceled MANY times because of the app issues. It also does not update when the driver is en route to deliver- making it complicated and frustrating to both driver and customer. Not why the issues continue and it's impossible to get a hold of an agent.

When it works, and you get an honest restaurant, it's ok. The app is a bit buggy, you can read other people's reviews on that. They keep denying my American credit cards no matter which one I try. The biggest problem is their non-existent customer service. I've had several orders missing items, and good luck getting your money back on that. I'm done with this app. I don't recommend it to anyone. Uber and pick up your own food. At least then you know what you are getting before you pay for it.
