my app stopped calling landlines, despite no changes neither from my side note from another side. tried uninstall and reinstall and different networks. same result. contacted Rebtel several times with no human response. just automatic auto responder. very poor customer service. if it works, then it works. if it does not - you are left alone with your problems and money in the app. I am going to another service now.

I'm from the USA but moved to the UK, I still have to call certain landlines at least once a month. I signed up and see that some countries require small charges but at least for my case calling the USA, it is labeled free! I just made a few calls, no problems, great sound quality and no charges at all! hopefully that doesn't change in the future.

This service is spotty at best. after a lengthy exchange with Rebtel, the service still didn't work, and the customer service agent said explicitly that they do not guarantee phone calls go through. switched to Yolla. worked instantly. edit to add after last company response: the calls did not work to a land line either. I tried a cell phone, a land line, neither worked. fix your services, please.
