By far the worst restaurant app on earth. I have absolutely nothing good to say about it. It's unstable to the point it is nearly impossible to complete an order without multiple crashes. You can't tell if you are logged in or not because it often won't advance beyond the log-on screen. The interface is totally confusing at times, resulting in lost opportunities to apply discount codes. I am sure this app costs RT business, which no doubt is the opposite of its intention.

The app is so frustrating to use! I have officially given up and I'm going to delete this. When trying to place an order, make sure you get it right the first time because if you try to edit your order from your cart, it'll completely delete your entire order. Just because I wanted to add another salad. I've had this issue since I installed the app over a year ago. I'll stick to calling in my order now. The app rewards aren't even really worth it.

Worst restaurant app I've ever used. Frequent disconnect between app and locations. Haven't been able to earn rewards points for over a year, since RT "updated" their in-store system. For 3 years, I was a weekly work lunch visitor, along with about a dozen people from my office. We're all going to MOD now, because the app sucks so bad, and the prices go up significantly about every 4 months.
