I don't know what it is about this app, but you can NEVER just easily unlock or lock your card on it. Every other tab works immediately. But the tab to "manage" your card takes like TEN MINUTES to finally open, and that's if you're constantly clicking on it back to back like me. Smdh. This is one of the most important features to have living in FL, and they just can't seem to get it right on their app!!

I absolutely hate the implementation of this app! The other day I couldn't log into it at all. The following day I had "no accounts". And I have "no permissions" to access card controls. I left VyStar for the disastrous rollout of their app and online service, which left me unable to check my accounts for months. Space Coast didn't learn from their errors?!?!?!?! UPDATE: All of the errors that I had complained about have been resolved.

I have never written a review before,but this app has frustrated me so much that I have to. I have been with SCCU for over 15 years, have never had a problem with them. They are great but,this new app is entirely a different story! Makes you verify every time you sign in, no problem, I'm ok with it verifying. The problem is it does NOT actually send you the verification code to be able to sign in! 🤬 And you have only so many "resend code" options. I am highly disappointed and beyond frustrated!
