The credit union itself is fine, but they use a really bad credit card service. I've had to cancel Spotify, YouTube Premium, I've been unable to buy things at the airport, and before all that happened they kept charging me for things I didn't sign up for after I got a new card to stop it from happening. Seriously, don't get a credit card here - you won't be able to use it.

The entire experience SUCKS! You can only have 1 account linked, which can take weeks to do, then it can take weeks to reflect payment, even though the bank posted it days ago. I see no way of using my debit card to pay, either, which would speed things up significantly. Oh, and let's not forget the fact that there is no customer service operating at the moment, or that I was FORCED to accept their terms just to look at my account. I do believe I'll be moving my accounts elsewhere.

The new update is terrible and delayed! I have never had a delay in my balances and transfers and now it takes hours to see! I can't see a preview of my account anymore, I have enabled snapshot and cleared the cache and still can't see it. When I try to open Zelle it takes a few minutes to open and often tells me the transfer can't be completed but I have funds and good signal. The old interface was easy to navigate and understand. I'm definitely looking forward to any changes you can make!
