It was difficult getting the app to work. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times. It's the only way to start over. I got stuck at the phone verification and email code verification. Turning off the modem before doing the email verification did the trick for that. It finally went through the rest of the way. I was surprised that it connected my other devices automatically with no other actions on my part. My tablet, computer and printer were all connected.

Congratulations Arris! You officially have the worst app ever made. If you have a W130 Mesh System, don't even bother, just return your device now because the app doesn't work with it and you'll never be able to set up your satellite device. This app takes a hundred tries to connect to the router and the add satellite button doesn't work. Then the app will crash and the only recourse is to set up the router again and go in an endless loop. RUN from this app and Arris!

I see the device list but I cannot add them to the profiles to use the parental controls in the app. Every time I select a device and click the add device button, a spinner comes up and does not add it to their profile. But it takes me back to "0 devices" on their profile. I gave this an extra star after reading all the reviews. I could at least get connected to the modem/router but just not do what I wanted to do. Simply trying to use the parental controls.
