Poor customer service response 1/10 compare to an actual bank. 2 weeks of waiting for my withdrawal dispute and still they haven't solved my case. I tried calling customer service multiple times and it seems like they can't do anything other than telling me to wait for 45 days. I don't even know if they're gonna return my money back or not. secondly they only have 1 physical branch which is in pagsanjan laguna almost unreachable.

Very disappointing experience with Seabank. I made fund transfers to GCash and while some go through, others just disappear even though the account details are correct This is already the second time Seabank has failed me, and it’s unacceptable for a banking app to be this unreliable. Instead of convenience, it’s causing me stress and wasted time. " If you value your hard-earned money, think twice before trusting this app."
