We went from the widget only updating after 1 hour and now it doesn't refresh the status even after 8 hours. Just get rid of it already. The more they raise the rates the worst it becomes.

So far, so good. Only thing I would say is if the alarm is triggered to have this as a separate notification for the app so it can have its own sound attached. At least that way I know via notification that my alarm is going off rather than just the same sound for arming and disarming the alarm. Real simple thing but a big deal. Ring can do it I'm sure Simplisafe can.

After searching round for some time I came across SimpliSafe. I have to say the installation procress was so simple. We have a cat and a dog which kept triggering the alarm, you can turn down the sensitivity on the back of the motion sensors. Great product, the app is great, nice and simple, you should do a referral scheme. One last thing, your website doesn't allow a single item purchase, I'd like more of the magnetic sensors
