Ratings and reviews

App/service is useless. Missing skip points, says I haven't ordered in past 90 days, even though my order history in the past shows me last order from 4 days ago (points are supposed to post within hours) Got an email offer for $5 off my next order, good for 5 days. Well that was 10 days ago, every day I get the offer via email & phone notification, and of course, there is no $5 offer because it expired a week ago, but skip keeps sending these worthless notifications. Don't waste your time.

it is disgraceful that they won't refund me for an order that was so messed up, that literally nothing was done right. I had 4 of my previous 6 orders messed up (like completely missing items i paid for) in which I requested refunds. I used the service due to the remaining credits I had and time constraints. but now I will never use it again, they let the vendors ruin orders, and have 0 customer service whatsoever. Complete scam company.

usually I just stop using a delivery app, but I find it frustrating that I can look up delivery places, put together an order, and it doesn't let me know that it's pick up only until checkout. on top of that, their search function only looks up items and not by restaurants, and half the stores are LCBO on the lists. I'm gonna go ahead and skip using this app next time.
