This used to be an awesome, user-friendly app! It was my favorite! At one point, they updated it, and it struggled working, but they resolved to fix it, and it got much better! Now they have updated it again, and you MUST use your phone number in the store to get rewards. Even if you are paying with the app! It no longer automatically gives you the deals and discounts unless you enter your phone number. Plus, the app crashes, and you can't pay at the pump! It's awful now and frustrating!

Rewards were working fine, then after an update, for months I have gotten no reward points for gas purchases. I thought this must be a program change but later found out I should be getting points. Wrote to customer service and they elevated it to tech support and that I would hear back in 3-5 business days. ONE MONTH LATER. no response, and when I wrote to them they said it was in the technical department's hands and there were no updates. when I wrote again, they sent me the same text.

The idea is good, but the app slows down often, especially when going to select a store, it's like using dial-up in a third world country. I know it's not my phone because no other app is this terrible. So one star removed for performance. Lately, Cumberland Farms systems have been crashing alot, so I will go to pump gas only find out that the systems down, so one star removed for reliability. And finaly, one star removed for the orwelian measures taken to save 10 cents a gallon (bank access.)
