not good with the app and food services 1. the app I'd slow, takes time to navigate through the screen un any network. 2. the food was great initially when they started but later it is worse. 3. no actions or acknowledgment given on the feedback provided for the food in the menu 4. weird navigations - for general feedback, they expect to give feedback regarding food of any day rather than over all which includes their app, tech system, their employees, servers, etc

The only thing smart about this app is how smart it is when talking your money. Every other utility is lagging or useless. It promotes pre-order for assuring food. But then cancels it without notice. It doesn't even allow you to give a bad feedback showing error. The location randomly changes when ordering. And once place you cannot cancel, you lose the money. No refund.

Good app. Gets the job done, although not very intuitive. - No option to select multiple days to order food - Takes too many clicks to get anything done - Bookings should also show the Day, not just the dates - Too slow to load even on 5G. If QR codes dont change, just cache them locally - Show reminder notifications only if I've not booked. Also reminder notifications are broken currently and I never get them - Add option to share booking with others
