SolarGo APP is a configuration tool for GOODWE inverters, charging piles, and other devices. The SolarGo APP can connect to devices via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, allowing the configuration of device parameters. It assists installation personnel in completing the installation of inverters, charging piles, and other devices when necessary.

Such a bad UX. I barely made the app work when I set it up months ago. Now all of a sudden it stopped working. I tried to send feedback via the app, but at the last step it failed. The most important part of the app, to be able to send bug/feedback to the company, and it fails 🤷

Why I cannot connect to my inverter remotely? The app works only when I'm on my home network with my mobile. Also why there are no notifications available. I had an outage on my inverter and discovered it just "by accident" a couple of months later. The whole summer system was producing 0 kW, just because of such a small thing.

Worst app possible to track my solar system performance. UI UX are not just poor but pathetic. Every time when I try to login it checks for password and worst part is that it accepts any random string as password. Not able to track the solar system if I am not connected with my home wifi,though device is connected with my home wifi
