it's trash. whoever they have programming this thing is horrible. how is it on the app if an amber alert shows up? You can't remove it. hitting OK does nothing. after it plays 20 times, it still doesn't go away. if I could give it 0 stars, I would. update. I fixed it. still trash. if you're using apple TV, keep hitting the menu button and try and scroll to the right. I hit the menu button about 5-10 times. no pauses. shouldn't have to do this if there's an OK button.

Spectrum on demand on my TV is not good quality. If I want to watch a series there is a good chance, almost always, that at least one episode will not work right. I guess their encoding system is very low quality. And often the aspect ratio is for a cathode TV even for new shows. Good that they have shows when they are first released though. But if you want reliability look elsewhere. Spectrum please fix this.

Constantly having issues/error messages. App won't load, tells me to come back later, can't watch anything on phone, tablet. Getting really tired of spectrum and the prices they charge when you're not even able to use all of their Services due to constant "issues". Half the time at home, I'm not even able to get local channels on my cable box . Very frustrating.
