SunPass is the Florida Department of Transportation's innovative Prepaid Toll Program. Incorporating the latest technology, SunPass can be used on Florida's toll roads and most toll bridges. SunPass customers typically pay less than cash customers at most toll plazas and exits on Turnpike roads.
Enjoy the convenience of managing your SunPass account, anytime, just by downloading the app and logging in using the same Account, Transponder Number, or Username and PIN established for online account management.

Pass still doesn't work,and app doesn't work. 👎🏼 you cant even contact customer service through the contact us page. Still 2 yrs later you can't even email them. Terrible online system, can't imagine a elderly person having to use this format. They sent me a bill. I scan the code on the bill pulls up nothing. So I log into my account there are no unpaid tolls. So I tried to send a email and their system rejects my email. This is totally unacceptable, and unprofessional.

the only thing missing from this app is an easy way to get an EZ total of tolls during a certain section it gives you a list of tolls in the app for the specific period but then you have to add them all up individually it does not give you a total which most other toll passes offer and then when trying to pull up your list to print or make a PDF it says not offered for list open which makes it even more difficult to add all the individual little tolls up

This new app is a disaster. Nothing works. I used to just pull up the Sunpass website and all was well. Not so anymore. Not only can I not get into the website but I cant get into the new app either...it doesn't recognize my account number or transponder number. Tried calling them but they were too busy to talk to me. Not sure what I'll do when it comes time to update my credit card info. Of course they did take their payment this month. No trouble there. This app definitely needs work.
