SunPass is the State of Florida's innovative Prepaid Toll Program. SunPass PRO and SunPass Mini transponders can be used in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. SunPass PRO transponders can also be used everywhere E-ZPass is accepted.

Normally, this app works great, but now a pop-up keeps saying new update available to use. When I click it, it goes to Google apps, but the app is up to date. I can't log on because it's a neverending circle. Update: Installed beta, didn't work. Un-installed Beta, un-installed app. Re-downloaded the original app and now it works again and I can open it.

There's no direct menu selection to VIEW TRANSPONDERS or VIEW VEHICLES. You have to hunt for it and eventually you find it under "Activate Transponder", then you have to select Cancel first. This will then show you your current transponders & vehicles. How intuitive! Really bad GUI design. Add a button/selection to view current/active transponders & vehicles. Not real hard.

This new app is a disaster. Nothing works. I used to just pull up the Sunpass website and all was well. Not so anymore. Not only can I not get into the website but I cant get into the new app either...it doesn't recognize my account number or transponder number. Tried calling them but they were too busy to talk to me. Not sure what I'll do when it comes time to update my credit card info. Of course they did take their payment this month. No trouble there. This app definitely needs work.
