it's fine and good for about 2 minutes, then the connection drops to nothing. it's not fighting anything else for login either like web interface, so it's always just 2 minutes to change, then log out and do it fast again. very annoying, but it's the only place you can change app icons, and it's easier to do some things than the web interface.

I been using the device for like 3 months now. The initial setup was easy and the devices works, then after a week the extender disconnects but still shows it's receiving signal for the main router but the main router shows disconnected. After the old IT fix power off and on. it's works again then a week later the same thing. Maybe this extender is not a good one. 2 stars for me.

Extremely bogus. It doesn't have too many jobs: to notify and help identify the devices joining my home network or manage the VPN settings. It fails at all of them and fails miserably. It's complete garbage and they want me to pay for a paid version? No way. This was the last time I purchased any Tp-Link router, I already ordered a Mikrotik.
