Please note: This app uses Device Administrator permission. In order to provide remote support and screen-sharing capabilities, some devices require device administration access. This access will only occur with your permission and will be disabled when the remote session ends. App usage analytics and device data are sent to our servers for analysis in order to provide the best service we can. Ratings and reviews

The only way they can access your account (not your phone) is when they send a text message with a link to either allow or deny account access. Otherwise, tech coach is great. I have never had any issues. I will, however, have them call me instead of chat. Any issue I have is always taken care of...without having to constantly repeat myself. I pay extra for the service.

I've spoken to three different tech coaches and none of them can solve my issue. I now have an appointment to go in to a Verizon store for a face to face appointment with a tech support person. Tech coach is not very reliable. UPDATE: I received a response from Tech Coach asking me to email them if my issue is not yet resolved. After clicking on their link and explaining my issue, I clicked on "Submit" and I received a message that says "Something went wrong. Form submission is unavailable at this time". LOL!! What a joke Tech Coach is. Don't bother with this useless service.

App is good. SOME support team people are good. They read, and listen and make a legitimate effort to help. OTHER support team people are NOT so good. They don't read, they don't listen and they try to immediately gain access to your phone without listening. Had a few people try this with me. I immediately turned phone off and restarted to break connection. This app is DEFINITELY worth having for when you get someone who tries to help. But know how to turn your phone off or put it in airplane mode - in case you get someone who wants to access your phone without reading or listening.
