Account notifications are no longer working. In the past month or so, notifications about transactions on the account are no longer coming through. I've turned the notifications off, then back on, as instructed by Tecso Bank helpline staff, but it still doesn't work. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but still no notifications.

Like others the Notifications no longer work, This has been like this for some time now and even after the recent update they still don't work. Have reset the app, uninstalled and reinstalled but still no notifications. Really Really annoying as it was a very important feature to keep a check on spending and help catch any possible fraudulent use. PLEASE fix

Update 24/05/2025: If you have biometrics registered and then open the app and navigate away before logging in with biometrics, it incorrectly tells you your biometrics have changed and then deregisters them for the app. This bug has existed for years and Tesco have done nothing to fix it, which just seems like gross incompetence. Handling biometrics correctly on Android really isn't as hard as Tesco make it look. They clearly don't care about usability.
