Everytime I try to book on their website payment would always fail. I would contact the bank for every single one of my credit cards that I have tried and every time I contacted my Banks, the bank would show no record of an attempted charge and their customer service agents would all come to the conclusion that there's a problem with the merchant website (Thai Lion). with that said I figured I would try the mobile app and it's more of the same. So until this problem is resolved it is impossible, I believe, to book a flight unless you happen to have a credit card from a Thai bank

Always got a problem on the payment. While filling the card info and switch the app to cross checking the info. The data will return to default values and the payment would fail because the card info are wrong. The worst of the worst is that when the payment fail, you will never book that flight again which is some kind of stupid thing. Seems like Thai Lion Air do not want to sell the ticket. One of the worst booking app I ever use right now!

There's no sign-in option to keep your profile saved. If you can't sign-in, there's no point of having the "upcoming" and "past" booking tabs, because the app doesn't know who you are. To check-in, it links to the mobile browser's webpage anyway, which makes this app useless.
