Very slow and frustrating to open. Every time I open the app on my phone, whether with my fingerprint or pattern, the app starts to open and then reverts back to the login screen again. This typically happens at least 6 times before it actually let's me in. Very frustrating. This problem started about a couple of months ago and I was hoping it would only be a temporary glitch, but has not been resolved at all. It happens EVERY time! It happened on my old Samsung S9 and continues on my S25 Ultra.

This app is soul-destroying. It won't let me upload photos/screenshots of receipts. If I try, it thinks for a second and then boots me out the app completely. This was an issue ages ago and they sorted it, or so I thought. But alas now we're back. Support is terrible, wait a day or so to get a useless "maybe try restoring the app...." reply, nothing works. I'm currently now shopping around for a different business account, I can't recommend Tide at all, AVOID.

Green line photo verification doesn't work. As such unable to verify or access my account. Called up for help. Spoke to a reluctant individual assuming I'm doing something wrong and keep trying. I can assure you, in not. Not so impressed. Google 6 Pro - 18/10/22 - A work around suggested by Tide to download a 3rd party app that can manipulate the screen rotation. It worked - Complicated and a potential security risk, depending on the permissions of the version you download. I standby my rating
