surprisingly bad app. it's incredible how many issues and bugs and unintuitive UI steps just to ship a parcel. ~ Update. Driver came to pick up collection but refused to take shipment with out label. explained that there is issues with UPS app, I have been charged twice & no label was provided. still refused to Help. can't blame driver. ups simple is the worst shipping experience I ever used and I have used a lot. please choose anyone shipping service

Very good tracking info. Trying to reschedule delivery yourself is impossible, either through initial contact with a bot or a foreign friendly human who doesn't have the power to do so and refers you to the app! The app is completely useless as far as changing a delivery date. What a waste of the delivery drivers' time. Amazing that a company this size can't get a basic app function such as redelivery right. To be fair, if the delivery doesn't need rescheduling, then everything is very smooth.

it is a very slick app. It works smoothly and effectively. However, it doesn't actually do much more than when you click the tracking link on emails. I'd have expected the same map style diagram showing where the van is and how many deliveries you are in a queue of, like other delivery apps do. Also, with the delivery run this morning beginning at 09:30 it looks though the time estimated for delivery is a nonsense playsafe as they estimated 19:00 delivery.. REALLY? Is the van coal-fired?
