useless! when it does scan- it takes like 2 seconds, if that. meanwhile my web searches are getting rerouted non stop, files missing and more. sounds a bit like I was highjacked!! ya think? yet "verizon "security picks up nothing. never had alerts although I've encountered more problems than not. I tried to uninstall and reinstall RE: contact you? i've been for months and nobody believes me there.And i'm still struggling with it, nobody takes believes a customer

Dashboard page is blank. My husband's pulls up fine on his phone. Been this way for as long as I can remember and I'm getting so tired of it. We both have the exact same phone and on the same account. Why is my dashboard page blank. The services and settings page shows up just fine. And now the account page on the my Verizon app won't pull up, claims it's having trouble connecting. Between this and the constant price increases this year I'm just about over Verizon after over 10 years.

I'm using the free version, and I'm about to remove the app as it's constantly running and draining my battery down. It's back to scanning screenshots as well. If the free version is this bad, why would I purchase the other plan? It's a very confusing app with all the ads that pop up. I'm afraid to press anything as I'm afraid it will sign me up for something I don't want.
