Ratings and reviews

This is really neat to use and the functionality is great. I like that everything is easy to navigate and find. However, being an incentive based, the actual frequency a program is offered, is limited. This makes me think of its worth when I'm clearing out unused apps. Additionally, the majority of the programs, have required me to speak and record voice for the entirety of the program. I often don't have the time and place to record without interruption. Plus it's awkward repeating words.

Have been using this app fine until recently. All of a sudden I can't log into my account and I missed out on several tasks. Everytime I put in my email and phone number I get a message saying something went wrong. This is quite frustrating because I sent several messages to the support team and no one reached out to me. Very unprofessional! The 2 step verification system is flawed and you guys need to seriously address the issue. So many people have complained that they can't log back in!

This program doesn't offer a lot of programs to earn rewards. When I first installed it it was amazing how easy the programs were and you get rewards quick.. Now it's falling for you between where you receive any program invites and it almost is a waste of space on my phone I really hope the viewpoint start having programs for us to use like they used to instead of something that just takes up space and memory.
