When the app works it works well, however it is buggy at times and there is ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT for the app from a help desk perspective. I signed up for a study and it wouldn't load despite dozens of attempts and expired before I could get it to load so I couldn't participate. Another study requires using a computer web browser with a plug-in to transfer data. Each time I use the plugin the mobile app gets logged out and requires re-login or I miss critical notifications. The app needs work.

App keeps constantly signing me out and when I finally get signed back in it tells me it's not available in my area. I am constantly having to sign back in and reverify my account. I am constantly losing out on points because I'm not signed in to get the reward. I would give this a much higher rating if I was getting my reward every 3 days like promised. Three months later, no change in status. Still not getting the points on a regular basis. No one seems to care.

2nd time locked out when I've racked up a lot of points. Both times it's the same thing! I build up a bunch of points, then get locked out & stuck in a loop. I click "complete task" in the email, it takes me to a screen where it wants me to agree to sms or email alerts, no matter the option I select, I enter my info, & it gives me an error of "something went wrong, try again later" The first time it happened, it took 6 mos to get back in & surprise I had 0 points. Its now happening again!
