I've been using this app without issue for years. Something happened with a recent update that moved all the menu options into my phone's (Pixel 8a) command button area so I can no longer submit tasks, check my profile or rewards, etc. I'd contact support but I can't find a way to do so as there's no technical support option easily visible in the help screen.

2nd time locked out when I've racked up a lot of points. Both times it's the same thing! I build up a bunch of points, then get locked out & stuck in a loop. I click "complete task" in the email, it takes me to a screen where it wants me to agree to sms or email alerts, no matter the option I select, I enter my info, & it gives me an error of "something went wrong, try again later" The first time it happened, it took 6 mos to get back in & surprise I had 0 points. Its now happening again!

had this for several years now and can tell you the downs and outs of it. every 3rd day you're prompted to send in your usage data the app has been collecting from your phone activity You are given 85 pts each time and at 1000pts you can redeem for payment. I opted for PayPal so I am compensated $5 for 1000 pts and it's instant It takes a month to get the required pts, tho it's consistent. Sometimes you can do a bonus program for $ but rarely. I think comp needs to be more than $5 a month tho.
