Won't connect at all. response to developer; I did try all that you suggested, and more. The red power light comes on, but only when I first install it, then eventually goes to sleep without ever connecting to anything, including the app. I have two other scanners that work just fine, as well as a second phone with the same results. As my return window closed a few days ago, you have a chance to remedy this. I will be more than happy to give 5 stars..... When it works.

I only wanted to know two things - why exactly my airbag light is on and if I can clear it. I have not yet been able to find any error codes and it seems exceedingly difficult to connect the adapter to another actual functioning app. Also had to make an account to be able to connect it, what is that about? I regret buying their bluetooth adapter.

the app isnt working properly and not connected to the device either in guest mode or others . trying to log in using the email but not working as well
