Worst update for the app ever. Now I'm having problems signing in and it keeps forcing me to make a pin and finger recognition through my phone's settings. it affects my lock screen on my phone when i set it up. You want to know what the worst part is? If you don't enable the pin and extra security, it makes it where you have to re-login by retyping your username and password every single time you get on the app. Your login information does not get saved!

Thank you for your feedback, Allison. The in app PIN screen has been removed in favor of using the device passcode and biometric features. If you prefer not to use device authentication, you will be prompted to enter your username and password each time. The bank is awesome, the app is the worst I've ever used! Always showing errors, extremely slow, gives incorrect balances, etc, etc, etc. If you use this app, don't rely on it solely for your account information. I would double check numbers some other way if you're unsure! Again, great bank, horrendous app!!!!!!

something has changed, we pay our bills every month through this app and have for years! now all of a sudden we are 3 months behind on many bills and we are receiving returned checks in the mail, getting late fees and delinquent notices. If I didn't have such a good mortgage rate, I'd refinance and move everything from this bank to a different one that values its customers
